Guide for Ordering Appetizers:
For a Cocktail Hour before dinner: 2-4 pieces per guest
For a 2-4 hour event with no dinner served: 8-10 pieces per guest
For an event more than 4 hours with no dinner: 12-15 pieces per guest

Minimum order is three dozen for each type. Skewers are priced per dozen.
