Prices per guest reflect the cost of food only. Service staff, rentals, and delivery are available for an additional fee. Sales tax and gratuity will be added to your total.

Package #1 Italian-Inspired $45 per guest @ 50 guest minimum

Appetizers (2 of each appetizer per guest, tray-passed or displayed):
Antipasto Skewers: marinated artichoke heart, Genoa salami, Greek & Spanish olives, imported cheese, roasted tomato
Sicilian Arancini: fried risotto fritters seasoned with black pepper and pecorino cheese, served with roasted tomato garlic aioli
Caprese Skewers: fresh Italian basil, marinated fresh mozzarella, cherry tomato & balsamic drizzle

Salad Course:
Fresh chopped romaine tossed with creamy Caesar dressing, shaved parmesan cheese, ripe tomatoes and buttery herbed croutons.

Main Dishes (choose one per guest):
Chicken Parmesan: tender breaded chicken breast topped with provolone cheese and house-made marinara sauce, served with fettuccine tossed in parmesan cream sauce.
Cheese Tortellini sauteed with Italian sausage, button mushrooms, fresh spinach, and basil pesto cream sauce, topped with parmesan.
Shrimp Scampi: wild caught shrimp sauteed with fresh chopped garlic, white wine, butter and parsley, served with fettuccine tossed in parmesan cream sauce.

Each entree comes with fresh baked garlic parmesan herb focaccia bread.

Package #2 Classic American Fare $48 per guest @ 50 guest minimum

Appetizers (2 of each appetizer per guest, tray-passed or displayed):
Mini grilled shrimp skewers (2 shrimp per skewer) served with Cajun remoulade
Crostini with whipped goat cheese, toasted walnuts and local honey
Bacon wrapped dates stuffed with gorgonzola cheese, brushed with maple syrup

Salad Course:
Mixed greens topped with sliced cucumbers, tomato, red onion, shredded carrots and buttery herbed croutons with buttermilk ranch dressing on the side.

Main Dishes (choose one per guest):
Tender sliced Roast Beef served with pan gravy and creamy red mashed potatoes.
Roasted Chicken with rosemary and sage served with oven-roasted gold potatoes.
Grilled salmon fillet topped with lemon-dill cream sauce served with wild rice.

Package #3: French Flair $50 per guest @ 50 guest minimum

Appetizers (2 of each appetizer per guest, tray passed or displayed):
Seeded cracker with whipped Boursin cheese and sweet & savory tomato jam
Smoked salmon canapes with whipped cream cheese, lemon zest and capers
Cheesy au gratin potato stacks with crumbled bacon

Salad Course:
French Bistro salad with butter lettuce, pickled shallots, toasted walnuts with tarragon-Dijon vinaigrette on the side.

Main Dishes (choose one per guest):
Beef Bourguignon: savory beef stew with red wine, pearl onions, carrots, and fresh herbs served with creamy red mashed potatoes.
Chicken Fricassee: tender chicken breast sauteed with button mushrooms and onions in a thyme-infused cream sauce served with creamy red mashed potatoes.

Package #4: Greek from the Grill $50 per guest @ 50 guest minimum

Spinach & Feta house-made spanakopita phyllo savory pastry
Crispy phyllo cups filled with roasted red pepper hummus, diced cucumber and tomato topped with crumbled feta
Falafel fritters (fava beans and chickpeas) served with lemon-sesame tahini sauce

Salad Course:
Mixed greens with feta, Kalamata olives, bell pepper, red onion, cucumbers and tomatoes with Greek vinaigrette on the side.

Main Dishes (choose one per guest):
Two hand cut Bistro filet steak kebabs grilled over an open flame served with oven roasted gold potatoes.
Two grilled chicken kebabs marinated in lemon juice and Greek spices served with wild rice.
Two grilled veggie kebabs with bell pepper, zucchini, yellow squash and red onion drizzled with balsamic glaze served with wild rice.

Roasted beet & goat cheese crostini topped with chopped pistachios
Spinach & feta house-made spanakopita phyllo savory pastry
Caprese Skewers: fresh Italian basil, marinated fresh mozzarella, cherry tomato & balsamic drizzle

Salad Course:
Field greens, sliced almonds, roasted sunflower seeds, dried apricots, dried cranberries with tarragon-mustard vinaigrette on the side.

Eggplant parmesan with marinara sauce served with fettuccine tossed in parmesan cream sauce.
Roasted stuffed bell pepper with lentils, tomatoes & spinach topped with feta crema served with wild rice.

Package #6: Asian Fusion $48 per guest @ 50 guest minimum

Ginger hoisin marinated pork meatballs with scallions and toasted sesame seeds

Chopped salad with napa cabbage, purple cabbage, scallions, carrots, bell pepper, edamame and crispy rice noodles with sesame-ginger vinaigrette on the side.
