Each menu item requires a minimum order of 10 portions.
Each entree includes a salad course of your choice, side dish of your choice, and fresh baked bread and butter.
Prices per guest reflect the cost of food only. Service staff, rentals, and delivery are available for an additional fee. Sales tax and gratuity will be added to your total.
Market Price Items
Prime Rib: slow roasted Prime Beef seasoned with garlic and fresh herbs. Sliced for each guest on our chef-attended carving station. Served with au jus and whipped horseradish cream.
(Prime Rib must be ordered in quantities of ten guests per order, i.e. 10, 20, 30, etc. to insure optimal quality and cuts of beef.)
Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon: 6 oz salmon fillet topped with your choice of lemon-dill cream sauce or tarragon cream sauce.
Filet Mignon: Choice of 6 oz or 8 oz cut of tender filet topped with fresh mixed herbs compound butter. Served with red wine balsamic reduction.
Bistro Steak Filet: Tender and flavorful 6 oz filet, grilled over an open flame and finished in the oven. Served with red wine reduction au jus.
Rack of Lamb: Tender medium-cooked 8 oz portion of New Zealand grass-fed lamb with a garlic and rosemary crust.
Chicken Dishes
Chicken Piccata: Tender chicken breast, lightly breaded and pan fried with capers, lemon juice, white wine and a touch of cream. Topped with fresh diced tomatoes and parsley. $25/guest
Grilled Chicken Kebabs: Two white meat chicken kebabs marinated in lemon juice and herbs, grilled over an open flame. $26/guest
Chicken Parmesan: Tender breaded chicken breast topped with provolone and baked, then topped with marinara and parmesan cheese. $24/guest
Chicken Jerusalem: Pan sauteed chicken breast with savory button mushrooms, artichoke hearts and cream sauce with a touch of sherry wine. $26/guest
Chicken Cordon Bleu: Baked chicken breast stuffed with Swiss cheese and thin sliced smoked ham, lightly breaded and topped with Dijon parmesan cream sauce. $27/guest

Shrimp Scampi: succulent wild caught shrimp (6 shrimp per serving) sauteed in garlic, butter, white wine and parsley. $27/guest
Smoked Salmon Ravioli: cheese ravioli tossed with lemon cream sauce and flaked hot-smoked salmon topped with crispy shallots and fresh dill. $28/guest
Grilled Atlantic Salmon: 6 oz salmon fillet grilled over an open flame, topped with lemon dill cream sauce and fresh diced tomatoes. $28/guest
Seafood Linguine: Jumbo shrimp, sea scallops, manila clams and black mussels tossed in garlic cream sauce topped with fresh diced tomatoes. $27/guest
Grilled Shrimp and Sea Scallop Skewers: One skewer of each jumbo shrimp and succulent sea scallops grilled over an open flame, drizzled with lemon garlic butter. $29/guest

Roast Beef: Tender sliced roast beef marinated with garlic and herbs, topped with au jus, served with whipped horseradish cream. $28/guest
Grilled Steak Kebabs: Two hand-cut Bistro steak kebabs marinated in lemon juice and herbs, grilled over an open flame. $27/guest
Beef Bourguignon: Classic French savory stew with tender slow-cooked beef, red wine, pearl onions, carrots and fresh herbs. $25/guest
Steak Stroganoff: Tender sliced Bistro steak, red onion, button mushrooms and scallions sauteed in rich beef stock and cream, served over egg noodles. $25/guest
Beef Lasagna: House-made layered dish of lasagna noodles, seasoned lean ground beef, fresh spinach, marinara, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. $26/guest

Caesar Salad: fresh romaine, shaved parmesan, ripe tomatoes, garlic herb croutons tossed with creamy Caesar dressing.
Garden Salad: mixed greens, sliced cucumber, tomato, red onion, shredded carrots, croutons and buttermilk ranch dressing on the side.
Greek Salad: mixed greens with cucumber, tomato, red onion, Kalamata & Spanish olives, bell pepper, crumbled feta cheese with Greek dressing on the side.
French Bistro Salad: delicate butter lettuce, pickled shallots, toasted walnuts and tarragon-Dijon vinaigrette on the side.
“Confetti” Salad: field greens, sliced dried apricots, dried cranberries, sliced toasted almonds, sunflower seeds with tarragon-mustard vinaigrette.
Spinach Salad: baby spinach mixed with frisee topped with fresh sliced strawberries, crumbled goat cheese, toasted walnuts and creamy balsamic dressing on the side.
